You always have 30 days for a full refund of your unused goods in undamaged original packaging. The time is counted from the date of delivery. You will get your refund when the goods are returned to us. Items bought in our webshop cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only at our webshop. You are responsible for the return and freight cost of items sent back to Slyde handboards. Items lost during transport will not be compensated. Please return the package well wrapped. Refund only when the goods are returned in full unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the postage or handling charge. Do not forget to include your name, address, and telephone number.
